TiVo Equation

Thanks to having a TiVo near the StairMaster I have a nifty little equation for you:

40 minutes on the StairMaster = 1 hour of television minus commercials

Nice to see that I save a third of my time by using TiVo.

Isn't that annoying? I watch 1-2 hours of TV a night (bad habit), and it kills me to know that up to 40 minutes of that time is spent watching COMMERCIALS. What better things could I be doing with my time? I really should get Tivo.
